2. Flight Ticket Refunds

• Refundable Fares: Full or partial refund available, subject to airline cancellation fees. Service fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Refundable Fares: No cash refund. Airlines may offer travel credit at their discretion.
• Partially Refundable Fares: Taxes and airport fees may be refundable even if the base fare is not.

3. Tour Package Cancellations

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund

If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no additional charge. TravelTour World will assist you in processing the claim with the airline.
